This collection is inspired by the study of insects, Entomology. This uni sex collection show cases 3 stunning types of moths the Eyed hawkmoth, Luna Moth, and Death's-head hawkmoth.



PROCESS

After looking at many variations of moths the Death's-head hawkmoth’s uniq markings stuck out the most. This one moth has a lot of historical superstitions surrounding. Strikingly large, with a skull-like marking on its thorax and the ability to squeak when alarmed, the moth was traditionally seen as an omen of death.
